Dave, a Project Manager at Columbia works to purposely match a client’s project challenges with the best strategy and technology to solve them. A big picture thinker, he draws on his strong scheduling and accounting skills to accurately plan, direct, and manage his projects. He joined Columbia in 2011 and quickly became known as an approachable, fair, and valuable asset to the project team. A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, Dave’s work focuses on corporate office development and residential projects. For Dave, the ever changing pace of the construction world suits him just fine and it keeps him energized and ready for the next project challenge.
In his spare time, Dave enjoys watching Boston sports games as well as playing golf and hockey. His favorite “sport,” however, is corn-hole, which he plays whenever he gets the chance. Dave brought the game to Columbia’s backyard (and sometimes hallways) by designing personalized Columbia boards. Coincidentally, he takes home the gold in the office’s first corn-hole tournament with teammate Tyler Abreau.
