A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with both an AS and a BS Degree in Architectural Engineering, Dawn brings a unique skillset to our Project Management Team.  Dawn joined Columbia in 2005 and continually uses her attention to detail, communication skills, and strong background in architecture to manage a variety of project types including, large-scale mixed-use developments, hotels and resorts, academic and residential, life-science, as well as corporate offices. Dawn believes in fully engulfing herself in a project. From the project start, or even as early as the proposal stage, she is actively involved in the overall project strategy. This is the time she collects valuable information about the job, gathers insight into the clients’ way of thinking, and gains a full understanding of where the design team is heading. By organizing, communicating, and implementing her management skills, she leads her team to ensure a project’s success. She values the relationships she has formed over the years with her co-workers and clients.

When she is not in the office, you can find Dawn at an ice rink watching her kids play hockey. Family time is most important to her as she enjoys being actively involved with her family and friends. Dawn hopes to one day visit Alaska and experience the Northern Lights.
