As an experienced Assistant Superintendent, Ryan brings best practices and organization to support the project team. He maintains quality control, keeps a well-organized system of drawings and permits, and monitors project safety and progress through daily field reports. Prior to joining Columbia in 2022, Ryan was in the Navy working as a Special Boat Operator managing a crew on a surveillance and reconnaissance vessel. For Ryan, camaraderie on the jobsite is key for working through challenges and finding strategic solutions together. Ryan’s strong work ethic and his exceptional relationship building, communication, and training skills ensures the highest level of satisfaction for clients.

An adventure seeker at heart, outside of work Ryan creates new escapades and journeys to enjoy with his daughter. Hoping to experience an artic getaway someday, a camping trip North of the Brooks Range in Alaska is at the top of Ryan’s bucket list. On a slower ‘adventure day’ for Ryan, you can find him golfing and spending quality time with his family.
