“At Columbia I am given the opportunity to build innovative projects for high quality clients.”

Sean Pratt

Joined Columbia in 2013

As a Superintendent, Sean’s major goal is to oversee the process of taking a design from a set of drawings and producing a top quality functional space for a client. This role includes coordinating all onsite work and staff, ensuring that the project’s schedule is met, and creating positive relationships with the entire project team. Sean is adept at learning new concepts and practices – he has worked with various new technologies and innovations to the construction industry throughout his career. His passion and drive are evident to everyone who is a part of the projects he manages. Sean cites his most significant accomplishment with Columbia as the success of the first project he ran as the lead superintendent, immediately after earning his builder’s license.

When not on the jobsite, Sean enjoys getting outside to go hunting and fishing. He also has an interest in cars and racing – heli snowboarding at Telluride, Colorado is at the top of his bucket list. A diedhard New England Patriots fan, Sean lives by Bill Belichick’s famous quote “Do your job!”
