Tim’s role on projects within Columbia’s Interiors Division is to coordinate subcontractors for all trades in the field and to ensure that the job runs safely and smoothly. He also makes it a priority to guarantee that all team members involved in the project – the client, OPM, architect, engineer, and building manager – are aware of the progress being made and happy with the end result. Tim’s favorite aspect of his job is the satisfaction of successfully completing a project on time, under budget, and seeing the happiness on a client’s face when they see their finished space. His work on the Harvard Business Publishing project exemplified this focus on client satisfaction, as the team was able to overcome challenges to get the employees moved in on time.
When not working hard on job sites, Tim can be found hitting the slopes on skis in the winter, or on the golf course in the warmer months. In addition to his athletic interests (growing up, he wanted to be a professional baseball player), he is also a self-described “sci-fi nerd” who loves Star Wars, Star Trek and The X Files. Tim is also a daredevil – one day, he would like to ride a wing suit in the Canadian Rockies!
