Joined Columbia in 2017   

With over 25 years of industry experience, Traci brings insight and knowledge from her various roles in the construction field. Her previous estimating, field, and project management experience allows her to bring a unique perspective and comprehension to her role as Director of Scheduling at Columbia. A detailed and responsive individual, Traci uses her strong project management background and diverse construction industry experience to assist project teams with preparing and updating schedules, planning, and identifying potential overall project issues. Utilizing her scheduling software knowledge including, P6, Suretrak and Microsoft Project, she assists project teams from the preconstruction phase to closeout with preparing baseline schedules and regular progress updates. Working with multiple project teams, Traci focuses on efficiently transferring important information between departments to resolve issues and provide valuable and workable solutions.

One of Traci's favorite things to do after a day at the office is to unwind over her stove and cook her family a fabulous meal. She enjoys  experimenting with new ingredients and cooking styles. Her husband and three daughters are the prefect taste testers and her favorite food critics. A pet lover and the owner of two dogs, Traci believes, “the smallest act of kindness is worth more than the grandest intention”
