Columbia Construction Gains Recognition for Completing Two of the Highest LEED Rated Projects
Columbia Construction aims to achieve performance excellence and operating efficiencies on every project undertaken. Currently, two of Columbia's new construction projects hold the top 1 & 3 spots for the highest LEED NC 2009 rated buildings in Massachusetts, and both of these projects achieved LEED Platinum. Buildings that attain this rigorous level of LEED certification are among the greenest in the country. Additionally, one of these projects is a Zero Net Energy Building, the first Zero Net Energy Office Building in Massachusetts.
