Jim Marsh

Jim Marsh began his career upon completing his studies at Case Western Reserve University, in Cleveland OH. After serving in several key executive positions within the construction industry, he joined Columbia Construction in 1997, and became a Partner in 2003. As Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Jim is involved with Columbia’s business operations, business development, and the overall strategic direction of the company.

Jim also serves as Principal-in-Charge on select projects at Columbia. In this capacity, he is personally involved in all preconstruction and construction efforts, contract negotiations, and on-going client relations.

Highly innovative by nature, Jim has been a champion of using Revit and NavisWorks (BIM), along with our commitment to sustainable construction. Jim is serving as Principal-in-Charge of Dassault Systèmes' 212,000 s.f. build-out at 175 Wyman Street. The A/E/C team is pursuing a LEED Commercial Interiors (CI) certification.
