Peter Schwarz

Peter Schwarz graduated from Union College with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and has nearly 35 years of experience in the construction industry.

As Columbia Construction’s Chief Estimator, Peter is responsible for the leadership and development of our estimating team, as well as for the oversight and review of all project estimates and budgets.

Possessing a broad range of experience, including working as a field engineer and superintendent in his early career, Peter brings a macro-perspective to his craft. Besides providing comprehensive and detailed estimates reflective of current market pricing, Peter and his team keep one main goal in mind for our clients – predictability.
