Steve Hassell, PE, MBA

Steve Hassell graduated from Northeastern College of Engineering with a B.S. in Engineering, and from Babson College, with an M.B.A. He has over 35 years of experience in the construction, design and real estate industry.

As Vice President of Client Development, Steve's  primary focus is developing new business opportunities across the firm’s six market sectors. He also works closely with the firm's Principals to guide Columbia’s long-term strategic growth. Working hand-in-hand with his staff, Steve is also responsible for managing overall sales, marketing and communications initiatives.

Steve actively participates in BOMA, MHA, NAIOP, NEHES, BSA, SCUP, and SMPS. He was awarded the Top Asset Services Professional - New England Area, by Cushman & Wakefield, in 1997 & 1998.
