Columbia is at the forefront of green building and development practices, and is a member of the USGBC. We help our clients construct facilities that make sense for the environment, and make good business sense. Statistically the average cost premium for sustainable buildings is often less than 2%; frequently, operational savings will offset certification in less than 5 years.

Our team of LEED® Accredited Professionals facilitate the entire LEED certification process, including proactively finding sustainable alternatives and funding. Our in-house Green Committee is a resource for up-to-date information and staff training. We are committed to partnering with our clients to meet our goal of environmental stewardship and social responsibility.

Our services include: LEED On-line Project Registration; LEED Strategy Development & Periodic Updates; LEED Technical Reviews; and Oversight until Award, Acceptance or Appeal.
