We pay significant attention to fostering and maintaining solid working relationships with our Subcontractor community. We do this by:

• Communicating early and often during a project;
• Seeking and valuing their feedback and input;
• Furnishing them with accurate plans from which to work;
• Ensuring timely information regarding changes in scope;
• Providing good working conditions on the site;
• Extending general direction to meet job specifications, while at the same time trusting our Subcontractors to do their job;
• Paying our Subcontractors promptly.
