Serving as Construction Manager, Columbia Construction was recently awarded Phase I of a renovation project for the Marriott Residence Inn - Boston Harbor on Tudor Wharf. The Marriott Residence Inn is an eight-story, 168-suite hotel located in historic Charlestown, MA.

The team also includes Pyramid Advisors, LLC, as the Project Manager; Newbury Design Associates, Inc., as the architect; and Simpson Gumpertz & Heger (SGH), as the structural engineer.
