Columbia Construction provided Construction Management services for this new 335,000 sf corporate campus. The existing building was demolished and was replaced with two new buildings. Project highlights include:
- Building exterior of metal panels, areas of full height curtain walls, low-e windows with sunscreens, and terra-cotta rainscreen wall panel system.
- Extensive site work, including reconfiguration of 26-acre site turning parking lots into expansive green courtyards.
- Use of Revit & NavisWorks (BIM) technology
- Utilization of a 250,000 gallon Fire Protection storage tank for irrigation.
- Full-service servery with outdoor seating area.
- The project earned a LEED® Gold rating.
