This new outpatient fertility/in vitro fertilization medical center includes:
- a reception area and lobby, three operating rooms, exam rooms, laboratories, offices and medical support rooms;
- new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems include rooftop HVAC with humidification and DDC controls; steam boiler and hot water heating; electrical, water, and sewer services; and medical gas and vacuum systems.
