- Units include environmentally friendly bamboo flooring; individually controlled heat and central air conditioning; cable and internet-ready wiring.
- Construction highlights include successfully erecting the building, which spans the MBTA Green Line tunnel, without interruptions to MBTA service, and placing a 1,100 cubic yard structural mat slab in one day.
- Large structural steel, masonry and metal panels were used to form the radius front elevation.
