Special Projects Division

Columbia Construction established a Special Projects Division, Columbia SPD, in 1997 in response to increased demand for tenant improvement projects of shorter duration such as renovations and tenant fit-outs.

Columbia SPD has a dedicated staff of estimators, project managers and superintendents. As a quick, decisive and versatile team, they are uniquely qualified because they are adept at managing projects that require fast-track attention. SPD projects frequently involve difficult and phased logistics in occupied environments, and on occasion require off-hours work.
