As a Project Executive, Dave plays a crucial role in the success of Columbia’s projects. With over 20 years in the construction industry, Dave has a proven track record managing complex projects including science, technology, healthcare and institutional projects from pre-construction through closeout. Our clients appreciate his thoroughness and accuracy in forecasting and mitigating project risk. A dedicated and hardworking manager, Dave enjoys the ever-changing construction industry and appreciates that each job provides an opportunity to learn something new. He brings guidance and leadership to all his projects while utilizing the latest construction technologies including BIM and Lean Construction.

Outside of the office and away from his project duties, Dave enjoys spending time with his family. A father of three kids, including a set of boy/girl twins, Dave and his wife enjoy watching them develop their own individual personalities. An enthusiastic hockey coach, Dave truly enjoys watching his sons and his teammates mature into better hockey players and more importantly better people.
