Isha is a valuable member of our Academic sector, and she skillfully supports both field and office teams. With a degree in architecture and a master's degree in construction project management from Northeastern University, Isha brings a robust skillset to our Project Management Team. While working with Columbia as a Co-op, she demonstrated her passion for the construction industry, and quickly gained the trust of her co-workers with her hard work and determination. Now, working as an Assistant Project Manager, Isha helps to develop and maintain project schedules, as well as assists with the buyout, procurement, and submittal process. Building client relationships and focusing on the core values of the Columbia Way is important to Isha as she grows her career in construction.

Outside of work Isha enjoys exploring new places and creating adventures for herself. Historic sites and ancient architecture is especially inspiring to her, and one day she hopes to say she has visited every country in the world and has experienced the variety of culture, food, and lifestyle they offer.
