Bill is a strong leader with over 25 years of experience and a diverse background in both architecture and construction. As Vice President of Science + Technology, he draws on his acute awareness and comprehension of both the design process and construction implementation to manage and coordinate projects from preconstruction, through construction and closeout. Highly technical and also creative, Bill expertly prepares long term strategic plans for operations, budgets, and schedules to manage a successful team of project managers, estimators, and superintendents. His proactive and direct management style is key to delivering complex construction projects in the Science + Technology sector efficiently and effectively.

Outside of work Bill’s goals for fun are just as clear as the goals he sets for his projects. He enjoys staying active with family and friends playing pickleball, golfing, skiing, and hiking. An experienced boater, Bill races sailboats in Marblehead enjoying the hunt across the water for the best wind that will fill the sails.
