Dave joined Columbia’s Preconstruction Team in 2022, with several years of construction estimating and budgeting experience. A graduate of Roger Williams University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a Double Minor in Business and Architecture, Dave brings a unique and diverse skillet to the team. Admired for his and methodical and independent work style, Dave expertly bids new construction and renovation projects, conceptualizes budgeting, and negotiates preconstruction budgeting through GMP pricing.

A busy dad with two young kids, Dave enjoys spending quality time with his family outside of work. Dave also likes to indulge in his creative side with songwriting and playing guitar. As a hobby musician, Dave is enthusiastic about creating quality music to connect with others and fill them with joy.
