Jen supports operations by leading cross-functional projects that improve efficiency, streamline processes, and strengthen overall performance. With a background in human resources, she brings a strong focus to enhancing employee engagement and recruitment. She partners closely with operational leaders to identify gaps and implement solutions to further business goals. Her communication skills and attention to detail help Columbia grow and consistently deliver strong results.

When Jen isn’t busy guiding our employees, she stays busy navigating the great outdoors. She enjoys snowboarding in the winter and hiking and kayaking in the summer. Jen grew up on Whidbey Island in the Puget Sound of the Pacific Northwest, the largest Puget Sound island and one of the few accessible by car.
