"Columbia provides with me opportunities to learn and grow. I get to work on challenging projects where I am always exposed to new things."

Patrick Ferrera

Senior Project Manager

Joined Columbia in 2015

As a Senior Project Manager at Columbia, Patrick is responsible for ensuring the owners, design team, and subcontractors have what is necessary to keep a project moving on time and on budget. He has a great internal and external reputation for being a strong leader and helping to elevate the people with whom he works. He is constantly volunteering to help explore and develop new systems and train those around him. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Lowell with a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Patrick has a strong understanding of engineering principles and the analytical, problem solving, design, and communication skills it takes to run a successful construction project.

Outside of the office, Patrick works just as hard at enjoying some of his favorite activities including, beach days, hockey and road trips as he does is project work. A notable music fan, it is no surprise that Patrick’s favorite Columba Project is the Berklee College of Music’s 150 Massachusetts Avenue redesign and refurbishment project. The historic building recently underwent a major transformation to create a more welcoming entryway for the Berklee community.
