Shaun brings 30 years of construction experience and approachable leadership to his role as President of Columbia. Leading with the Columbia Way principles, Shaun champions teamwork, open communication, client focus, and a culture of safety and accountability. A graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, he began his career as a superintendent and quickly established himself as a forward-thinking and collaborative professional before moving into project management. Since joining Columbia in 2003, he has held a series of leadership positions of increasing responsibility, playing a key role in expanding and strengthening teams, driving operational excellence, and supporting the successful delivery of projects across the Greater Boston region.

As President, Shaun oversees all business operations, guiding strategic development, team building, and project leadership across Columbia. His relationship-driven approach continues to shape Columbia’s culture and long-term success. As Columbia marked its 100th anniversary, Shaun championed the company’s commitment to community service by encouraging employees to volunteer their time and expertise to 40 nonprofits and causes, reflecting the values he works to uphold every day.

A proud dad of three, Shaun has spent years coaching hundreds of kids in youth football, baseball, and basketball, and he values the experience. Together with his wife, they enjoy making a meaningful impact on their family and community. An accomplished athlete, Shaun was inducted into the Farmington High School Hall of Fame in 2018. He was a four-sport champion, competing in cross country, soccer, basketball, and baseball. His lifelong passion for sports continues to shape his approach to mentoring and motivating others, influencing the way he builds teams at Columbia through collaborative leadership.
