Shawn is a Project Manager with nearly ten years of construction related experience. Recognized for his strong troubleshooting abilities and capability to provide quick-thinking solutions, he is an asset to any team.  In his role, he assists with the development, maintenance, and updating of project schedules, as well as the buyout, procurement, and submittal process. His experience in the field, helping to guide and manage small crews, has taught him essential communication skills to motivate colleagues to keep a project moving on time and on budget. For Shawn, his favorite part of working in the industry is seeing continual progress; watching a job develop from start to finish is extremely rewarding to him.

Outside of work Shawn also has many personal goals, and he keeps busy trying to reach them. He trains in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and appreciates the many benefits for his body, mind, and soul.  A competitor at heart, he also practices shooting in anticipation of going bow hunting someday. Fueled and motivated by copious amounts of coffee, Shawn would never be able to give up his favorite caffeinated drink.
