Columbia announces the promotion of longtime team member Bill Carpenter to Vice President | Preconstruction & Estimating. Carpenter, who began working at the construction management firm in 2005, will ensure meticulous planning and preparation for all Columbia projects.

During his time at Columbia, Carpenter has worked in a variety of preconstruction and estimating roles on high-profile projects for clients in multiple market sectors, including life sciences, healthcare, corporate, academic, and hospitality. He has been regularly recognized as a strong leader and collaborator within these dynamic teams.
