PV Solar Electrical Systems

Over the past decade, Columbia’s Energy group has completed numerous turnkey PV Solar Electrical System projects, installing solar modules on new and existing rooftops, and constructing structural steel canopies over existing parking structures and parking lots. The systems have ranged in size from 87 kilowatts to 1.04 megawatts, helping our clients save money while reducing their energy costs. To date, Columbia Energy has designed and installed over 7MW of PV solar; enough to power over 3,000 homes per year! Beyond providing power to buildings and significantly decreasing energy consumption, solar canopies offer cover from the elements for people and reduce the cost of snow removal and upkeep of structures.

Columbia’s Energy group provides building owners with design/build services to decrease their energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, save money, and meet their long-term energy goals. We have met many energy efficiency goals by installing PV solar power systems, geothermal systems, and Zero Net Energy buildings. We also help building owners make their existing buildings more energy-efficient.
