AllianceBernstein, an investment management and research firm, relocated to the 38th floor of 53 State Street. With sweeping views of Boston, the collaborative open office concept includes multiple conference rooms with comfortable breakout areas, as well as operable partitions to combine spaces into a large training room. The space also includes private huddle rooms and a sizable trading room. High-end finishes include an extensive custom millwork package and specialty wood ceiling baffles. New MEP and lighting were installed.

The Chicago-based Owner’s Project Manager and New York-based client and design team made communication paramount throughout the 20 week schedule. In order to ensure project success and client satisfaction, the team utilized video conferencing with screen sharing.
