Commonwealth Care Alliance, a nonprofit, community-based healthcare organization, relocated their corporate office. Located on the fifth floor of Lafayette City Center, their new and expanded workplace meets the organization’s rapid growth.
Designed to reflect CCA’s mission and values, their new space supports both productivity and employee wellness. In addition to open office workstations, private offices, and conference rooms, the space includes private phone rooms, wellness rooms, and gender neutral restrooms. A large cafe doubles as a meeting room for all-hands gatherings. A walking track wraps the core of the building, encouraging employees to be active during the day and promoting work/life balance. The entire space meets ADA standards, including automatic door openers at the elevator lobby, restrooms, and wellness rooms.
