Hilco Redevelopment Partners’ newly renovated Boston office provides a modern and upscale work environment with impressive views of the City’s Seaport District. The Chicago-based real estate investment and redevelopment company ensured their new space was designed to maximize collaboration and functionality.
The space combines open workstations, private offices, huddle rooms, and a large boardroom. An inviting lobby includes a custom maple slatted ceiling feature and a moss wall. The kitchenette features counter-height seating, doubling as a dining area and one of the multiple informal collaboration areas. High end finishes include dynamic light fixtures, hardwood floors, and large tile wallcovering.
Thorough coordination was required between both chilled beams and fan box HVAC systems.
