"At Columbia I work alongside people who are eager to help me learn the job and are more than willing to help me find the answer I need for any given problem."

Connor Puchol

Assistant Superintendent

Joined Columbia in 2018

As an Assistant Superintendent for Columbia, Connor supports the site Superintendent by maintaining quality control, keeping a well- organized system of drawings and permits, and most importantly assuring that the job runs on schedule and all safety precautions are properly executed. Connor’s humorous and easygoing attitude is a distinct benefit to those working with him on a project team. Watching a project move from a plan to a successful structure is the most rewarding part of Connor’s job.

Aside from being busy on the job site, life outside of work is just as eventful for Connor.  His team mentality is also brought to the basketball court, as a youth basketball coach. He enjoys playing the game, practicing his skills, and cheering on his favorite basketball team, the Boston Celtics. Outside of the office and the basketball court, he enjoys listening to music and spending time with family and friends.  It is no surprise that Connor’s favorite motto is, “Success is never final, failure is never fatal. It’s courage that counts!”
