Steps from The Greenway, Faneuil Hall, and Boston Harbor, the newly renovated lobby at 260 Franklin Street, focused on maximizing space and extending the building’s exterior glass facade. The interior renovation transforms the lobby into a bright and welcoming space with high-end finishes, including marble flooring, carpet insets, wood accents, painted glass, interior landscaping, and artwork. The collaborative space features a conference center, break-out area, kitchenette, and two gender-neutral restrooms. 

Throughout construction, the lobby remained operational, and elevators were accessible to the tenant population.
