Columbia Construction served as the Construction Manager for Boch Enterprises’ new 165,000 sf state-of-the art headquarters for Subaru of New England.

The signature project includes a new, 3-story, 75,000 sf office building for executive offices, training and conference rooms, mechanic training areas, lunch room and an employee fitness center. Additionally, a new 90,000 sf high-bay warehouse facility with advanced racking and retrieval systems was constructed.

A striking façade of stone, metal panels, glass curtain wall and strip windows welcomes customers to Subaru of New England. Leading-edge practices in sustainable design made this facility LEED® Platinum Certified. Green elements include a 188 kW PV Solar Electrical System on the roof, all-LED lighting system and occupancy sensors, chilled beam HVAC system, Direct Outside Air System for ventilation, locally sourced and recycled building materials, and rain gardens for site runoff control.
