"I like doing what I do. Working with my coworkers, subs, architects & clients and at the end of the day seeing the end results."

Russ Parady

General Superintendent

Joined Columbia in 1983

As a Superintendent with 30-years of experience, provides exceptional support on projects before, during, and after completion.  He demands high-quality work and is very good at communicating with the project team in order to plan out work. Russ believes in taking full responsibility for all of the workers on the project, managing each and every activity from project start to completion.  He has successfully managed dozens of fast-track interior fit-up projects, many of which were performed in occupied buildings. Throughout his tenure with Columbia, Russ has also managed dozens of larger-scale projects, including ground-up construction, working throughout New England for Healthcare, Senior Living, Corporate, and Institutional clients. Russ takes great pride in his work, and it is reflected in each and every project he works on.

Russ’s family, his friends, his dog and of course the New England Patriots are some things he is truly passionate about. When he is out of the office you can find him riding his motorcycle, fishing, or heading up north to the White Mountains. Russ hopes to one day own his own lake house.
