Since 2014, Columbia Construction has completed the multi-phase fit-out of over 750,000 square feet of space in the Copley Place office tower for Wayfair, the growing, multinational e-commerce company headquartered in Boston.

The workplace spans multiple floors with interconnecting stairs and consists primarily of open and closed offices, training rooms, as well as new collaboration spaces for project teams. Conference rooms are equipped with a DIRTT wall system with frameless glass doors. The projects required extensive coordination with building management and the entire project team to ensure minimal disruption and successful completion.

Columbia Construction has also managed other fast-track projects for Wayfair at 177 Huntington Avenue (their former headquarters), as well as swing space renovations at 500 Boylston Street.
