Ground up construction project at 400 Rivers Edge. The new 125,000 square foot, 4 story, core shell office building achieved LEED Gold Certification.

The building features a glass and precast facade and provides tenants with state-of-the-art systems, 9 foot ceilings and abundant natural light. The floor plates are efficient and essentially column free. The building includes both a cafe and fitness center. Other area amenities include an all purpose sports field and the new Tufts University Boat House. 

The building offers spectacular views of the 10-acre riverfront park with over one mile of paths for walking, running and bicycling.
