Marcus is an Assistant Project Manager with over five years of construction related experience. He joined Columbia in 2022 with a background in consulting, having worked for several years at an Owner’s Project Management and Mitigation firm. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a BS in Building and Construction Technology, he is heavily involved in the coordination of submittals and RFI’s. Marcus also helps with the management of costs associated with requisitions, change orders, and contract items, as well as final punch lists to ensure proper closeout of projects. With a background in management of new construction, renovation, and maintenance projects from planning to completion, coupled with his attention to detail and communication skills, he is an asset to each project he works on.
