Alayna is a detail-driven Assistant Project Manager with an Architecture degree from UMass Amherst and a strong technical understanding of drawings and contract documents. Known for her ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, she manages multiple projects in our Interiors division, coordinating daily activities across active job sites. From submittals and RFIs to requisitions and change orders, she helps keep schedules, budgets, and scopes aligned.

Outside of work, Alayna enjoys staying active, whether she’s walking her two dogs, lifting, or skiing. In the summer, she spends a lot of her time in New Hampshire at Lake Winnisquam boating, water skiing, kayaking, and being with family. She loves cooking and baking and is always experimenting with new recipes. Having completed several half marathons, she has her sights set on running a full marathon someday.
