Ashenafi is a creative problem solver with more than 10 years of construction experience, advancing from Field Engineer to Superintendent. He is known for strong teamwork, clear communication, and a steadfast commitment to site safety. In his current role, he oversees daily jobsite activities, manages logistics, and ensures that operations run safely and efficiently. Inspired early on by historic buildings and bold structures, Ashenafi’s curiosity about how they were built led him to study Architectural Technology in Ethiopia and begin his career in construction. Ashenafi brings discipline, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset to every project he leads, consistently driving progress and supporting his teams.

After work, Ashenafi enjoys evening walks on local hiking trails, especially with his wife and son. A passionate soccer fan, he may not play as often as he once did, but he remains enthusiastic and rarely misses a weekend match. At the top of his bucket list is learning to play a musical instrument, with the guitar being his first choice.
