Cole brings more than seven years of experience in construction technology and Virtual Planning & Construction to the team. With a focus on leveraging technology and creative problem-solving to improve project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, Cole helps drive efficiency and minimize changes. Cole earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Their experience spans a wide range of innovative projects, from complex BIM coordination to historic restoration projects supported by LiDAR scanning and digital fabrication. Across their work, Cole enjoys finding solutions that make teams’ jobs easier, streamline processes, and help projects run more smoothly.

Outside of work, Cole enjoys staying active by playing flag football as well as traveling and exploring new places. Although they have always called Massachusetts home, they have traveled to seven countries outside the U.S. Cole especially loves living in Salem, MA, a place they say they could never give up.
