Emy has built a strong foundation in strategic insight and technical skills through two internships at Columbia, one with the marketing team and another with the estimating department. This combination gives her a well-rounded perspective that strengthens her approach to project work. Today, as a Project Engineer, she supports projects through a blend of field and office responsibilities, including coordinating subcontractors, tracking progress, managing documentation, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring work stays aligned with project goals. Energized by day-to-day problem-solving that keeps projects moving forward, Emy values being part of a collaborative team. She appreciates working with people who openly share insights and answer questions, making work more meaningful and productive.

Outside of work, Emy gravitates toward artistic hobbies, including dancing, drawing, and singing, to channel her creativity and find joy. The one thing she could never live without is her cat, MaoMao. He’s her daily dose of happiness, and if there were any way to bring him into the office, she wouldn’t hesitate.
