As a Superintendent at Columbia, Eric leads projects from the field with a strong focus on safety, quality, and schedule execution. A graduate of the University of Connecticut with a BS in Civil Engineering, he thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at coordinating subcontractors, clients, design teams, and internal project staff. Eric takes ownership of project schedules, leveraging LEAN construction practices, look-ahead planning, and field coordination to drive productivity and keep work moving efficiently. Eric proactively identifies risks, resolves field conflicts, and ensures work is sequenced logically to meet project milestones. His leadership style and clear communication make him a trusted partner to both clients and trade partners.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys staying active and challenging himself through sports and new experiences. An avid fan of hockey, golf, and fishing, he enjoys any activity that keeps him moving. For an escape from reality, he’s a dedicated Game of Thrones fan, drawn to the strategy, intrigue, and larger-than-life characters. Always up for an adventure, Eric hopes to one day experience the thrill of skydiving.
