With over ten years in construction, Hector thrives on solving intricate problems and takes pride in building spaces that genuinely improve how people live and work. His work in the healthcare sector has shaped his commitment to precision and excellence, knowing that the environments he helps create directly support the people who serve patients every day. In his role as Project Manager, Hector oversees budget and schedule performance, manages project documentation, and leads the submittal, RFI, and procurement processes. He collaborates closely with Owners, designers, and trade partners to maintain alignment and ensure the project team is equipped for success.

Hector is a grill lover through and through. He has no formal training, just years of practice and a genuine passion for good food. He’s also a retired recreational basketball league player, though the competitive edge is still very alive. Outside of work, Hector spends time on hardscaping projects, proving that building is simply part of who he is. He’s an avid traveler with a personal goal to take an RV across the country, stopping at must-see spots in every state.
