As a Certified in Public Health (CPH) professional and a Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM), she offers a unique blend of healthcare operations knowledge, public health expertise, and construction experience on every project. As Project Executive, she turns clients' visions into reality by developing and executing strategic plans that deliver complex projects from start to finish. She's known for her client-focused approach and deep understanding of healthcare regulations. She serves as a trusted advisor, helping healthcare organizations navigate complex capital projects while balancing regulatory requirements, patient safety, uninterrupted patient care, and project goals. She has successfully delivered infrastructure upgrades, renovations, and facility expansions that enhance patient and staff environments while maintaining excellence in safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance.
