In his role as Community & Belonging Manager, Jerrett partners with teams and executive leadership to strengthen a culture of respect and psychological safety across jobsites and offices. From trainings and individual and team development to community outreach and workforce partnerships, Jerrett supports development , retention, and recruitment, while broadening access to opportunities in the construction industry. Jerrett holds a Ph.D. in Sociology, an M.P.A. in Public Affairs, and a B.A. in Economics & Political Science, all from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Known for his open communication style and pragmatic approach, Jerrett helps his colleagues surface tough issues and turn them into clear next steps. His work centers on building inclusive, high-performing teams where people can do their best work.
When not at work, Jerrett enjoys exploring Boston’s food scene and trying new restaurants. At the top of his bucket list is traveling to experience diverse cultures and landscapes around the world.
