Lauren is a Talent Acquisition Manager with more than 20 years of experience connecting organizations with top talent. At Columbia, she leads recruiting efforts and partners with managers across the company to attract, hire, and retain exceptional people. After spending more than two decades in technology recruiting, she welcomes the opportunity to take on a new challenge in the construction industry. Lauren enjoys learning about the many roles, specialties, and personalities that contribute to successful projects. As a lifelong Massachusetts resident, she finds it especially rewarding to see Columbia's work taking shape in communities she knows well.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys recharging through quiet time and the outdoors. She can often be found getting lost in a good book, binge-watching Bravo, decorating her home, treasure hunting at consignment shops, hiking with her two doodles, or escaping to the New England coast or mountains whenever possible. A self-proclaimed superfan of early ’80s and ’90s rap, R&B, and dance music, she's always up for a music trivia challenge and is confident she'll come out on top.
