Luke is a Superintendent who believes in leading by example and fostering a strong team environment. With 15 years of construction experience, he is a key member of the field staff, managing on-site tasks while maintaining a safe, healthy, and productive work environment. He also supports his team with planning, scheduling, coordination, procurement, and work–life balance. Luke continuously monitors jobsite progress to ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and project execution. The relationships he builds and the satisfaction of completing a well?executed project are what Luke enjoys most about building.

A self-described family man, Luke enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. Outside of work, they stay active as a family unit, enjoying activities like fishing, snowmobiling, and cooking together. A talented musician, Luke enjoys expressing his creative energy by making music and performing. One day, Luke hopes to take an unforgettable trip to Italy and immerse himself in the timelessness and remarkable culture of the European country.
