He enjoys connecting with others, solving problems, and making a lasting impact on employees’ careers.

Mike is a proud girl dad who spends his weekends coaching softball and soccer, hitting the golf course, or perfecting his lawn. Some fun facts about Mike: he has a decade of hands-on experience as a landscape professional, holds a commercial driver’s license, and has solid amateur mechanical skills – always bringing passion and precision to everything he does. One day, Mike hopes to tee off on some of Europe’s most legendary golf courses.
