Patrick is an experienced Project Manager in Columbia’s Interiors Division, with a proven track record delivering a wide range of tenant fit-out projects. A graduate of the University of Southern Maine, he excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing documentation, negotiating change orders, and handling budgets and schedules. Known as a strong communicator and collaborative leader, Patrick works closely with architects, trade partners, and clients to align goals and drive results. He thrives on transforming ideas into tangible outcomes, ultimately delivering projects that strengthen communities and provide lasting value to clients.

Outside of work, Patrick enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on Boston sports teams, and biking. He loves exploring new trails and has proudly completed the Pan-Mass Challenge, blending his passion for cycling with supporting a meaningful cause.
