Talia is a dedicated Field Engineer committed to delivering successful projects that meet schedule, budget, and quality goals. In her role, she collaborates closely with project teams and stakeholders to coordinate activities, manage schedules, and maintain critical project documentation. A graduate of Endicott College with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Construction, Talia gained valuable experience during her internship at Columbia, where she contributed to several high-profile projects in the Interiors sector. Her strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn make her a valued member of the team. Passionate about the construction process, Talia enjoys seeing projects take shape from inception through completion. She also values the teamwork, problem-solving, and variety that each project provides, embracing every new challenge as an opportunity to grow and expand her expertise.

Outside of work, Talia enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying active at the gym, and taking advantage of opportunities to be outdoors. During the summer, she especially enjoys spending time at Lake Winnipesaukee, whether boating, relaxing by the water, or simply enjoying life on the lake. Travel is high on her bucket list, and she looks forward to exploring new destinations, experiencing different cultures, and creating lasting memories through new adventures.
